SCAS Community Engagement Forum

The autumn forum will give SCAS members, members of the public and organisations who deal closely with the public, the opportunity to find out about our new website dedicated entirely on educating young people on being healthy and safe.

Event: SCAS Berkshire Community Engagement Forum

Date: Thursday 22 November 2018

Venue: Bracknell and Wokingham College, Church Road Centre, Church Road, Bracknell RG12 1DJ

Times: 2.30pm-4.30pm

14.30 Arrival

14.40 Welcome and introduction

14.45 - 15.30 Presentation and Question Time - panel discussion, giving members of the public the opportunity to ask questions and get an update on our services plus any innovation/campaign activities in the area.

Speakers: Nicola Wright, Team Leader-West Berkshire; Amanda Painter, Head of Patient Experience and Ludlow Johnson, E&D Manager.

15.30-16.00 Helping young people to be healthy and safe – presentation followed by group feedback

Speaker: Monica Moro, Membership and Engagement Manager

16.00-16.30 - Involving local communities - Speed Networking

Representatives from organisations will be given a three minute slot each to talk about their service(s) and any new initiatives and are welcome to bring some leaflets for distribution and business cards.
