HealthMakers can help you better manage your long term health condition and significantly improve your quality of life through their six week self-management course.
Once you've been on the course, you can help others in similar situations by:
- Offering peer support to teach others how to manage their long term health conditions. So far our HealthMakers have made a difference to the lives of 50 people in Bracknell
- Delivering training to help others become HealthMakers and make a difference
- Acting as Patient Partners who work closely with local health services to improve patient care and quality of life
