Women's Health Survey

This local Healthwatch survey is for girls and women who are at least 16 years old. Our questions for you are about some women's health services - NHS care for things like heavy periods, menopause advice, and women's cancers.

We are independent of the NHS and our role includes gathering experiences and views in the community and reporting on them. We share our reports with NHS managers so that the NHS can be better informed about what is needed from services.

What you tell us will be kept anonymous, You can tell us in the survey if you are happy (or not) for us to quote anything you type into comment boxes.

We will ask you about any recent experiences you have of using a few different women's health services. Then we will ask what you would like from all women's health services in future.

If you are a family member or unpaid carer filling in this survey on behalf of someone else who is not able to, you will be able to tell us towards the end of the survey.

Our survey is available in Urdu, Punjabi, Nepali, Polish and Romanian, just use the drop-down menu at the top. If you need help completing the survey or you would like it in another language, please call  0300 0120184

We are not asking about care during pregnancy and birth (maternity care) in this survey. You can contact us on 0300 0120184 if you would like to tell us about your maternity care.

When referring to women throughout this survey, we recognise that women's health services may also serve people who are trans or non-binary.
