Connecting your health and care across Thames Valley and Surrey - Lay Member Role for Programme Board

Thames Valley and Surrey Local Health and Care Records Partnership:
Lay Member for Programme Board

The Thames Valley and Surrey Local Health and Care Records Partnership (TVS LHCR) is formed by NHS and local government organisations across the Thames Valley and Surrey region working with each other, local residents and communities to improve health and care through sharing health and care information.

We are one of a number of similar partnerships across the country, funded by the NHS and are in the early stages of a long-term programme. Our current work is overseen by a Programme Board and we would like to appoint a lay member to join this Board.

It is essential that applicants live within the area covered by the TVS Partnership: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey or Milton Keynes.

For more details and to request an application pack please contact: ed.browning1@nhs.net

For an informal discussion about the role please contact sian.rees@oxfordahsn.org.

Only applications received before 12.00 midday on Thursday May 30th will be considered.

Interviews are expected to take place on Friday 7th June, near Wokingham.
